Sync Capital and Advisory Ltd is pleased to announce that it has secured a Finance Company License from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The Company will operate as Sync Finance Company Limited.

This regulatory milestone authorizes Sync Finance to operate as a licensed non-bank finance company, focused on bridging funding gaps for underserved MSMEs with a view to stimulating diverse sectors of the economy.

Speaking on the development, the Chief Executive Officer, Sync Finance Company Limited, Mr Ikenna Imo, was pleased with this milestone and emphasized the need for responsive and innovative financing solutions as an integral ingredient to stimulate economic growth.
