Aminu Momoh is an accomplished business development professional with experience in building strategic
partnerships and relationships that drive new revenue opportunities.

With over two decades of incredibly varied work in real estate, business development and project financing, he
specializes in business transformation and global expansion. He is the founder and CEO of two real estate
companies in London, United Kingdom, and a real estate company in Dubai, UAE, with interests in real estate
brokerage, real estate consultancy & financing, and property development.

Some of his achievements include the development of the Tezlom healthcare franchise business in Southeast
London, collaboration with established property developers in the UK, and own developments with a combined
gross development value (GDV) that runs into multimillions of British Pounds Sterling. He also formed partnerships
with Shenzhen Saintland Electronics Co., Ltd, a Chinese company to develop, rebrand and commercialize a locally
made electronic power transmission system in Nigeria, and with Image Securities, UAE to provide funding for real
estate projects in the UK and Nigeria with a total value in excess of $20 million.

Prior to setting up his own businesses, he worked as a sub-contractor to Pitney Bowes UK and provided business
advisory and project management services to renowned real estate companies in London, United Kingdom.
He is currently working in partnership with several real estate companies in the United Arab Emirates and the UK
in raising funding for the delivery of various high profile property developments.

Aminu Momoh is a non-executive member on the board of several companies and holds a Bachelor of Science in
Political Science amongst other professional certifications in Business and Project Management.
