Ijeoma Nkwonta is a seasoned legal and financial services professional with over 20years  of cross-border experience spanning law, financial planning, investments, and insurance.

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar (2003) and the New York State Bar (2006), she strategically pivoted to the financial services sector, where she has built a reputation for strategic insight, operational excellence and delivering successful outcomes. 

Ijeoma’s legal career at the renowned A.N. Anyamene’s S.A.N. Chambers in Nigeria. Following her move to the United States, she transitioned into the financial  services sector where she leveraged her legal knowledge and expertise to build a thriving career in Primerica USA, advising individuals on financial planning solutions and investment strategies. 

She returned to Nigeria and broadened her rich expertise by commencing an exciting career in insurance, working in International Energy Insurance PLC. After successfully building an extensive business book in a record short time, she launched daringly into the world of entrepreneurship. 

An aspiring entrepreneur, she founded Epiphany Insurance Brokers, a thriving insurance brokerage firm with a diverse clientele and risk portfolio spanning multiple industries.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she currently serves as **Director of Legal Compliance for Sorenson, a global technology  services company headquartered in the U.S. where she oversees the proactive implementation of regulatory compliance, high ethical standards, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks. 

Her career reflects a strong commitment to professional excellence, integrity, and leadership across multiple disciplines and international markets.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply passionate about personal growth and faith, with hobbies that include studying the Bible.
